High Speed Counting

We have two high speed linear counters designed to count from sub mm particles such as seeds through larger animal treat of tablet type products.

Where 100% accuracy is required along with speed our two linear counting machines are the ideal solution.

Semi automatic packing

This system is ideal for packaging operations that produce a wide variety of kit parts and have to be as flexible as possible where full automation is not practical or economically viable. The components are then fed automatically to the end-packaging machine.

Twin Lane counter

The next step up from bowl feeder counters multilane counters are aimed at the higher speed counting applications. This type of machine enables us to offer customers a cost effective high speed counting solution for a multitude of products covering a wide range of products such as screws, fuses soluble fertiliser pellets, seeds and other high value items that need an accurate but high speed count.
