Blending Services

We have fully automated blending systems, semi automatic batch and trial blenders.

We can blend powders in batches from 25kg to 1000kg using a range of ribbon blenders (both single and double blade) with spray nozzles and heated jackets.

Powder Blending

From fully automated high volumes through small batch blends we can offer a range of blending services to suit your needs. Liquids can be added across a wide range of viscosities through a selection of spray nozzles and one mixer is fitted with a heated jacket. All our mixers are stainless steel and set up for easy clean down.

Liquid Blending

We can mix on site in association with our liquid filling lines minimising transport costs. Our associate company is also able to offer a wide range of bespoke blending services in the following areas:

• Dyestuffs & pigments

Formulation

We work with a number of specialist companies in helping our customers get the right advice and products they need to deliver their exact requirements.

Packaging

We are able to handle IBC’s, FIBC’s, sacks and various containers for incoming materials and can also fill into these for blended finished product or intermediate stage goods.
